Here is the plot from saturday. Notice the power drop at around 4600 for the rest of the power band.

The reason it is making so little power is b/c the pump is too big. It is the HO pump and according to the wideband 02 sensor, my a/f mixture is so rich it is off the charts. Notice around 4600 or so how the power seems to drop off? It is getting richer, and richer, and......... I will picking up a cartech sometime soon to tune some of it out.

Just curious but how rich is "too rich". I know stoich is 14.7:1 and I have been told by some people that when you are going the FI route somewhere around 12:1 is what you should be shooting for.
Thanks

12.3 or so is what I have heard. The dyno stopped measuring at 10.0 and I hit that around 4600 or so, hence the dramatic loss of power.

So I'm assuming you tried leaning out the bitch with the JR FMU(turning screw out). The JR FMU is not great, but it should have still allowed you to dial down the fuel a bit. I understand that you are running very rich, but you kit is basicly the same as our SOHC kit. You should have been able to tune out much of the fuel with the JR FMU(unless you had a faulty FMU). I've ran the 190 ltr/hr pump, 255 ltr/hr LO pump, and High-Pressure 255 ltr/hr pump and I had NO probs dialing down the fuel with any of them(running a Vtec Lude pump now).
I'm not pointing fingers man, I'm just trying to understand why your kit is having probs with its fuel delivery.

If you dial the fuel pressure down with the JR unit, you are lowering the total pressure, but at sacrifice of lowering the static pressure (supposedly set at 60psi by JR) which is high in order to avoid tip-in detonation.
If you lower your static pressure you run the risk of increasing tip-in detonation.

The baseline settings of the JR regulator are SAFE settings... this does not mean that it is the proper pressures for each and every car.
Get back on the dyno and tune the A/F to between 12.7 and 13.0 to 1... this will give you the most power. Now, if you want to a bit protective, then pull the A/F ratio closer to 13.3:1 You may lose a few ponies, but being a bit "FAT" on fuel is safer.
